After a couple of visits from Dr. Mander and EPOC, the participants wrote a song, facilitated by the composer Mark Tinkler. It was based on literary and lyrical contributions of the attendees who were encouraged to marry their literary contribution to a musical one of their making. The tripartite song dealt with people’s histories, their current situation and their hopes for the future. It was called ‘Boom!’
